# Retracted claims — stillvalid

Things this site said and no longer says. Kept in full, with the date and how it
was found. Corrections are not quietly folded into the text: a reader or an agent
that quoted the old claim has to be able to find out that it fell.

_2 retraction(s). Generated 2026-08-17._

## 2026-08-17

**Claimed:** The main entry point of this site was chosen for the reader.

**Correction:** It was not. Until 2026-08-17 the 'Start here' button pointed at whichever L1 artifact sorted first alphabetically in the 'start' section — a 111-word glossary entry. The front door of the site was an accident of file ordering, and no check caught it.

## 2026-08-17

**Claimed:** 100% of artifacts on this site are still current.

**Correction:** The figure was true but empty: age-based decay was only applied to two of the twelve content types, so ten types could never go stale. The number could not fall, which means it measured nothing. Decay now applies to every type that carries advice; dated records are excluded explicitly and the denominator is published.
